NDIA is
pleased to announce that it has been selected as
USSOCOM’s
co-sponsor for
SOFIC 2010 to be conducted in Tampa, Florida June
15-17, 2010.
In implementing its co-sponsor role, NDIA is
teaming with
Meeting Matters Plus, Inc. (MMPI) to produce the
Exhibition and provide logistics support for the
Conference.
You will notice some changes in the
configuration of the Exhibit Floor Plan, and in the
pricing methodology from previous years.
However for continuity, Ms Misty Sutherland will
continue to serve as the POC for exhibit sales.

Exhibit Sales
will open (to reserve exhibit space directly online)
starting 8:00 am
Monday,
August 24th and is on a “first come-first
served” basis.
You will be able to reserve exhibit space
directly online as you would any other NDIA exhibition.
Payment can be made directly online
with a credit card, or by check, or U.S. Government
Purchase Order (PO).

There have
been a few changes to exhibits compared to last year’s
show.
1.
For 2010 SOFIC all booths are
10x10’s and sold as such, or multiples thereof.
2.
There are two flat fees.
$1,500 per 10x10 space for Government, Academia
and NDIA Corporate Members and $2,000 per 10x10 space
for non NDIA corporate members*.
3.
There are “no corner or island
fees”.
4.
Also included with each booth are
two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges.
Extra badges will cost $50 each and registration
will take place in the spring.
5.
All booths include carpet, 6’
table, two chairs and waste basket, unless otherwise
specified.
6.
There is a cancellation fee of $500
for each 10x10 cancelled within the first 90 days the
floor plan is open.
There is a 50% cancellation fee for space
cancelled between 90 days after the floor plan opens and
120 days before the start of the event.
There is a 100% penalty fee for cancellations of
space within 120 days prior to the start of the event.
