Meeting Matters Plus was established in 1994 by Patricia Sutherland, a meeting planner with over 25 years of in-depth experience. Since that time Pat has been joined by Steve and Misty Sutherland, making this a family owned and operated business. Their combined experience makes this a dynamic team with the ability to meet the full spectrum of conference logistics for their clients.

These groups and their requirements have ranged from a couple dozen attendees for a day event to thousands of attendees for over a week. Many of these clients have used Meeting Matters Plus’ services for their annual conferences since 1994. References can be furnished upon request.
